Trad on the Prom (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Promoter’
Ticket purchaser (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Attendee’
By purchasing a ticket to a Trad on the Prom performance, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. The onus is on the attendee to ensure that they have chosen the correct date, seat and ticket type.
In extreme circumstances, where an attendee cannot attend on their chosen date, ticket transfers to alternative dates are at the discretion of management and decisions will be made based on the amount of notice given and seat availability for the alternative show date.
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction is 20. For groups larger than 20 please call +353 91 582860 or email email@example.com
If wheelchair space or accessible seating is required please email firstname.lastname@example.org and state the required date and number of attendees. Please ensure that this is done prior to purchasing tickets on the website. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your comfort, we cannot guarantee availability of accessible seating unless prior notification has been received and confirmed by Trad on the Prom.
At the time of your booking, seating will be assigned on a ‘first booked, best available’ basis. You will be notified of your seat number by email within 72 hours of the time of your booking.
In the unlikely event of a performance being cancelled, you will be contacted by email and will be offered an alternative date of your choice. If you cannot attend on an alternative date, you will be advised of how best to obtain a refund/
Re-sale of tickets are not permitted without the prior written consent of the promoter.
The attendee agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set out by the venue and management.
Flash photography and videography is strictly prohibited during the performance.
The attendee agrees to behave in a civilised fashion at performance. In the event that any physical or verbal abuse of the promoters staff or other attendees takes place, management reserve the right to have the offending attendee removed from the premises,
